I have done his before and I usually get emails everyday. Most of the time you will get a link to click on and once you navigate to that site, you will see the password list that someone has posted on some forum or blog. Works well. But I will tell you that most are dead. With that said, with a little patience, you will find some nuggets. The key is to do more than one alert. Do one for each site you like. Here is one I recently received. Cut and paste the link below. I have NOT checked any of them.
